Swans' central noisemaker Michael Gira took up half an hour of Tom Ravenscroft's multiculti program on BBC Radio 6 last Friday March 13, spicing it up with the ominous Vic Chesnutt and the dramatic Nico, vibrant blues and heartfelt, longing melodies. The result was electrifying, even at its quietest.
